Orders for customers whose last name begins with A-L will be shipped on or before the 5th of the calendar month. Orders for customers whose last name begins with M-Z will be shipped on or before the 15th of the calendar month.
Orders will be shipped on or before the 20th of the calendar month.
The Autoship Program requires a $36 minimum order, and is not available on your first purchase. Please print the Autoship Program Agreement, sign it, and return it by mail or fax. Also, please keep a copy for your records.
