A.) Orders can be placed via our 24 hour Ordering Department, via the website, and during regular business hours with Customer Service.
Q.) Do you have a retail store to purchase products?
A.) Unfortunately, at this time Bio Innovations does not have a store front available to make purchases from, however many fine retailers now carry Bio Innovations products, to see a list click here.

Q.) How can you reach your Ordering Department?
A.) Our 24 Hour Ordering Department can be reached at 1-888-442-5150 seven days a week.

Q.) How do you ship?
A.) At this time Bio Innovations uses UPS and USPS to ship their packages.
Q.) What are your shipping rates?
A.) Bio Innovations shipping is determined by the subtotal of the products. For further details on shipping please contact Customer Service at 1-888-442-6161.
Q.) How long does it take to get my order?
A.) Standard shipping on orders is between 7-10 business days. Now the shipping time may be increased when there is a high order volume during sales and special promotions.
Q.) What is your return policy?
A.) All returns have to be received within 30 days of the date that you receive the order. All products being returned must be unopened & in re-sellable condition. There are no returns on opened products, books, kits, and DVDs.

Q.) What forms of payment do you accept?
A.) We accept all major credit/debit cards via the phone and web, and you can mail in a check or money order.
Q.) How long does it take to receive my order if paying with a check or money order?
A.) When paying with a Money Order there is a standard 6 business days hold before the order can be shipped out. When paying with a check there is a standard 10 business day hold before the order can be shipped.
Q.) How do I order a copy of the show?
A.) To place orders for DVD copies of Your Health TV you will need to contact Customer Service at 1-888-442-6161. You will also need to have the show number that you would like to order ready at time of purchase.
Q.) Do you have transcripts of the show?
A.) At this time we do not have transcripts available for the Your Health TV program.
Q.) How long are the shows available for purchase?
A.) Your Health TV DVDs are available to be sold for two weeks after the show was aired.
Q.) Are you able to give me past shows numbers and titles?
A.) At this time Customer Service only has access to the current day's show number and the previous day.
Q.) If I do not have the show number can I still order the show?
A.) Unfortunately, without the show number we are unable to make purchases for the DVDs since they are custom made orders.
Q.) Is there any way to view archived shows online?
A.) At this time archived shows are not available online.
Q.) Can I watch the show online?
A.) Your Health TV program can be viewed online at TLN.com Monday through Friday at 10 am CST.
Q.) Can I check the status of my order online?
A.) Yes, you are able to check your order status online at www.bioinnovations.net
Q.) How can we be notified of specials?
A.) Daily specials will be announced on the Your Health TV show. All other specials/promotions will be announced via flyers and emails to customers.
Q.) Can you ship outside the US?
A.) Bio Innovations only ships within the United States, Hawaii, and Alaska.
Q.) Can I make changes to my order online?
A.) To make corrections or changes to your order you will need to contact Customer Service at 1-888-442-6161.
Q.) Can you notify customers when an item becomes back ordered on an order?
A.) At this time we are unable to notify each customer when an item becomes back ordered. If you have any questions regarding any item being in stock please feel free to contact Customer Service at 1-888-442-6161.
Q.) Do you have overnight or express shipping?
A.) Bio Innovations has its standard 7-10 business day ground shipping.
Q.) Why cant you ship ahead on orders that contain a back ordered item?
A.) It is the company's policy to only ship completed orders. If you have any questions on other alternatives please contact Customer Service at 1-888-442-6161.
Q.) Is there any way to cut the shipping cost?
A.) Bio Innovations does off different customer appreciation specials throughout the year that helps our customers save on shipping. You may also inquire about joining our Autoship program to also save on shipping cost.
Q.) What is Autoship?
A.)Autoship is a program that we offer for our customer s to be able to have their products shipped to them on a continuous basis.
Q.) How do I sign up for Autoship?
A.) You may sign up for Autoship by filling out the paperwork either found in the middle of our catalog or online at www.bioinnovations.net
Q.) Can I make changes to my Autoship online?
A.) At this time if you need to make any changes to your Autoship at least 7-10 business days before your scheduled ship date. You will need to do so through Customer Service at 1-888-442-6161
Q.) Do you have nutritionist who can recommend products for me?
A.) At Bio Innovations we do not have nutritionist on staff. However, our agents are highly trained and well informed regarding a variety of information regarding the supplements that we carry
