

Raw Trail Mix
½ cup raw unsalted cashews
½ cup raw unsalted peanuts
½ cup raw unsalted pine nuts
½ cup dried pumpkin seeds
½ cup dried Goji berries
½ cup dried unsweetened cranberries
½ cup dried unsweetened apricots
½ cup dried unsweetened pineapple chunks
½ cup chopped cacao nibs (raw chocolate)
Yield: 4 ½ cups trail mix
Combine in a large mixing bowl and mix well. Include other raw seeds, nuts or dried fruits to personalize your trail mix. For best results, divide between small, airtight re-closable containers or freezer baggies. Freeze up to 6 months. Serve at room temperature.
