Pro-GestŪ Cream contains 450 mg of USP Progesterone per ounce (20 mg per 1/4 teaspoon).

RECOMMENDED USE: Use only as directed. Apply once daily or as recommended by your health care practitioner. Dispense cream into palm of hand and rub onto chest, abdomen, inner arms, or thighs - rotating area each time. Do not use for more than 3 weeks out of the month.
