Our organically sourced Rosemary essential oil belongs to the aromatic family of herbs that include Basil, Lavender, Myrtle and Sage. It was considered sacred by the ancient Greeks, Egyptians, Hebrews and Romans. Rosemary essential oil is best known for its stimulating, soothing and pain relieving properties.

In aromatherapy, Rosemary offers anti-stress, cognition-enhancement, psycho-stimulant and decongestant properties.
Therapeutically, Rosemary is anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, detoxifying, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, carminative, laxative, decongestant, anti-septic, disinfectant and anti-nociceptive.

A dilution of Rosemary oil in distilled white vinegar and water makes a spray cleanser that is suitable to wipe down surfaces like countertops.
How to Use: Add 3-6 drops in a diffuser, a couple of drops to your diffuser blend, or a drop or two with a carrier oil in the bath or a massage blend. Always dilute with a carrier oil prior to using on the skin. If pregnant, lactating or taking medication consult a physician prior to use. Avoid eyes, mucus membranes and sensitive skin.
