Olive Hummus
Ingredients:
1 (15 oz) can garbanzo beans/chickpeas, drained
1/2 cup kalamata olives or large black olives
1/3 cup tahini (optional)
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon cumin
Serves Approximately 10

Serves Approximately 10
In a food processor, combine all ingredients and blend into a creamy, smooth dip. If dip is too thick,
add 1 tablespoon of water until desired consistency. Can be made up to two days in advance. Store
in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Can be served hot or cold and with flat bread, pita chips,
or veggie slices.
