Teriyaki Tofu
Ingredients:
1 16oz package non-GMO tofu, drained and sliced in 1/2 inch slices
Marinade:
Ingredients
2 tablespoons low sodium tamari
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
sesame seeds
Serves 4
Whisk together marinade ingredients in a small bowl.
Place tofu slices in shallow baking dish. Cover with marinade, coating on all sides. Cover
and place in refrigerator for 1 hour or overnight.
Grill or broil 3-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Serve alone, on stir fry, with rice or pasta or on a salad.
